Jayco’s first ever tent trailer

Do you like the idea of camping but don’t want to sleep on the ground? Maybe you’d like a few creature comforts? Olivia and Karen from Brisbane Camperland showed us how easy life can be camping in a Jayco JTRAK, even if the weather doesn’t want to play along.

We took the Jayco JTRAK to a hidden gem camping ground called Natural Bridge Retreat located on the Queensland and NSW border, hugging the Lamington National Park. Outrageously beautiful in all weather, the lush fields, friendly cattle, creeks and waterfall to bathe in are absolutely stunning (you can find them on Youcamp).

This van is Australian-made and has many features that we Aussies want. One of our favourite features – and one we have never seen before as it’s exclusive to Jayco – is the inflatable annex option. That’s right: you blow up your annex – no poles, no fuss – just about two minutes of pumping and you have an extra outdoor room where you can cook with a view.

The Jayco JTRAK 2.0 independent coil suspension means you can venture further with confidence. The front, winch lifts the hard lid to unfold the tent section, makes it light work.

If you want to know more about the Jayco JTRAK and its compact size, durability, double-stitched, heavy duty Australian canvas, front and rear winch and hot-dipped galvanized chassis… Go and see the Brisbane Camperland team at this year’s Queensland Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow from the 5th to 10th June at the Brisbane Showgrounds. You can check out the JTrak for yourself at the supershow or visit them at 1459 Wynnum Road, Tingalpa and online at brisbanecamperland.com.au.
