Off-water Maintenance

Looking after your pride and joy should be priority number one for any keen boatie or fisherman alike. Simple things such as checking your battery and making sure all moving parts haven’t succumbed to the salt can save you a lot of time and hassle in the future.

It’s also worth checking the trailer and bearings to make sure you can make it to the water!

Safety should also be on top of your priority list, so keeping your life jackets and EPIRB up to date is just as important. If it’s your boat, you’re the skipper, so you are responsible for everyone on board.

Preventative maintenance is the perfect way to keep your pride and joy water ready all the time, the last thing you want when you’re all packed and ready for a day on the water is a little problem that you could prevent.
