Waterskiing on Lake Moogerah

Nearly 3 million people visit South East Queensland’s dams and lakes for recreation each year and Moogerah Dam, or Lake Moogerah, near Boonah, has been a favourite spot for generations of fun-seekers. For Grant this lake is both work and play in his role of Ranger.

Lake Moogerah is used by a variety of watercraft ranging from big V8s to kayaks and jetskis.  Plus there’s anglers and swimmers in the mix making Grant’s job a tough one ensuring everyone stays safe while they have fun doing what they love.
