Plenty of Dad’s have their BBQ secrets but Brent from BCF’s Kawana Superstore has shared his technique for cooking the perfect steak with Creek to Coast. It’s called the reverse sear. Cook the steak on a roasting rack in an oven or with the barbie lid down until it reaches the internal temperature you prefer. Let it rest wrapped in foil for five minutes while you crank up the BBQ grill or hotplate. Then wait for the sizzle as you sear the steak and give it a nice crispy crust!
