Caravan Parks for the Kids

Caravan parks nowadays are waaay more than just a few concrete slabs, unpowered sites and a block of amenities. From restaurants serving local fare, to fully fledged water parks, the modern-day holiday park appeals to families who want to make sure the kids are kept entertained for the entire duration of their stays.

The Big4 Maroochy River is in prime position for endless family fun. Sitting mere metres from the River means you can swim, paddle, fish or relax on the sand for as long as you want. But if you feel like staying in-house they’ve got you covered too…

“We’re a small park compared to other parks, but we’ve got 11 cabins and 54 tourist sites, and all powered. All our sites are powered,” says park manager, Sharyn.

Sharyn and Blake have been running the park for eight years, and their hard work was recently rewarded, with Blake recently being awarded Caravanning Queensland’s employee of the year.

So why not come and experience this award winning hospitality for yourself. Check out the Big4 Maroochy River on Diura Street, Maroochydore. Check them out online or give them a buzz!
