Adventure-seekers can explore more than 110 kilometres of trails through native bushland and mountainous terrain, with shuttles and e-bikes making it easy to reach more remote sections. Hidden Vale Adventure Park is set within a 12,000-acre cattle property that’s also home to Spicers Hidden Vale – a luxury country retreat. Homage is the chef-hatted, signature restaurant here – the menu drawing inspiration from its own market garden as well as farm-fresh local produce. If you choose to stay a Spicers Hidden Vale, you may be lucky enough to meet Wally the dog who lives on the property.
