Surf Club Grub

Surf Life Saving clubs not only provide an invaluable service in keeping our beaches safe, but they also serve up incredible food!

The Sunshine Coast is lined with amazing clubs boasting great menus. The Sunshine Beach Surf Club has just had a major renovation and offers amazing views of the water as well as mouth watering dishes to go with them. Their signature dishes are Nasi Goreng with pork belly and shrimp and the very popular Snapper Tacos.

At Marcoola, the Marcoola Surf Club is a more traditional surf club that serves up your surf club classics like steak sandwiches, chicken parmigiana and their very popular ??. And best of all, eating at Marcoola, or any surf club for that matter, can be your way of helping the local community. Monies raised from the restaurants go towards making the beaches safer.

Another terrific spot to eat is at the Surf Club Mooloolaba. It boasts the Boathouse Restaurant and the Bayview Bar. This year the club turns 100 and they have plenty of celebrations planned. The signature dish at Mooloolaba is the Seafood Tower, which has fresh Mooloolaba prawns, oysters and bugs.
