The lifestyle that comes with being a Yachtshare owner

As we’re well and truly into the summer months, there’s just something that little more appealing about heading out on the water!

Now that could be because the days are getting warmer, there are plenty of more good fish on the chew… or even the fact you could be aboard something more luxurious than the average tinny… did someone say yacht?

Anton Prange is the owner of Yachtshare… a syndication program that makes boating more affordable by sharing the costs with your co-owners.

Their crew do all the cleaning, berthing, insurances, engine services and prepping of the boat – so, all you have to do, as the owner, is hop on and hop off as you please. Way less hassle!

As for selecting your vessel, there are eleven in the Yachtshare fleet to choose from… yachts, catamarans and motorboats, all ranging from 36 to 50 feet. Depending on your share, the boat can be yours for a minimum of 33 days a year.

And while that might not sound like an awful lot, if you do own a boat, you may only be able to count on one or two hands the amount of times you’ve taken it out this year – not to mention all the time and maintenance that’s been spent on it too.

Think of all the exotic places you’ll be able to go… some of the owners have upcoming trips to Lord Howe Island, the Whitsundays, Fiji and beyond.

So, who wouldn’t want to be able to spend more time on the water, and less time doing all the nitty-gritty? Yachtshare have a range of upcoming syndicates available for you to have a share in… check out their website here for more information.
