Jason’s Seafood Marinara.
Seafood
- Scallops
- Fish (cut into small chunks)
- Prawns (green or cooked)
Sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- Whole onion, sliced
- 3 whole tomatoes, diced
- Half a cup of white wine
- Tin of diced tomatoes
- Handful of chilli (to your liking)
- Salt and Pepper
- Dash of rice wine vinegar
- Dollop of oyster sauce
- Sprinkling of brown sugar
Method
- Combine in a hot pan
- Let simmer with lid on until seafood is cooked
- Serve with crusty bread and garnish with coriander or parsley
