Visiting Killarney, Queensland

Killarney is a great little town in the Southern Downs region of Queensland, that sits right on the cusp of the New South Wales border.

You may not have been to Killarney before, but we are pretty sure that you would have heard of its cracking pub. There are many reasons why you should visit the town, but the pub is definitely at the top of the list! Be sure to time your visit with lunch so that you can tuck into a meal.

While you’re in Killarney, be sure to check out one of the many waterfalls that surround the town, and take some time to experience the Condamine River Road’s 14 river crossings.

If you feel like staying the night, check out the Killarney Hotel or park your van at the Queen Mary Falls Caravan Park.
