Not Just Chips

Pea Puree with Feta and Mint 


  • 2 cups of frozen peas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 40 frams of feta cheese
  • A couple of sprigs of fresh mint


  • Simmer peas for 5 mins until soft
  • Drain and puree with olive oil and plenty of freshly ground black pepper
  • Crumble over feta cheese and scatter with mint leaves

Serves 4
