Yeah, you read that right – imagine sight casting poppers to Spanish Mackerel – sounds crazy right? Trust us, this fishing session was off it’s head!!
Out from the Sunshine Coast with the lads from SCF, this was a session that we won’t forget for a long time to come. Our skipper Benny spotted a bait ball in the distance, so in haste, we beelined it to the swarm of activity and it didn’t take long for the madness to start.
Using poppers, the boys sight cast into the bubbling mess of water .. bang … double hookup!! Benny got busted off, Bryce, one the junior anglers cut in and got one on, meanwhile Deano was screaming for help – the Spanish that he had on was a monster!
