The team pump 3 cubic metres of marine-grade foam into every nook and cranny of the hull. “We fill it full of foam, that wraps the aluminium core on the inside, super structural, everything gets bound around it and the actual product itself has a resin base in it, so it all binds together so it’s super durable.”
